Defective MED17.7.2 - ryzen - 04-15-2022

Hello. I have a MED17.7.2 faulty ecu. The metal part of the ECU has failed as a result of contacting the + pole of the battery. When I tested it on the bench, I saw that the ecu did not draw current. Where could the problem be? I suspect the integrated I marked in the picture. Next to it, there is 12v in both directions of 2 tantalum capacitors. Can knowledgeable folks help?
